Maintains service department workshop cleanliness. Empty trash bins in technicians’ work bays. Clean any spills and notify leadership of any hazardous spills or conditions.
Maintains waste antifreeze and oil drums in workshop, inspect and report any maintenance concerns.
Perform weekly and monthly oil storage tank inspections and update log sheets. Notify the leadership team of any potential problems.
Maintains grounds keeping equipment and storage areas organized.
Maintains cleanliness of entrance signage and parkway areas.
Perform routine daily inspections of facility exterior grounds. Notify the leadership team of any potential problems such as security concerns or safety hazards.
Wipe down workshop equipment and ensure equipment is stowed in appropriate storage areas. Notify leadership team of any equipment problems.
Uses personal protective equipment as appropriate to the task performed.
Wipe down all toolbox storage units weekly and as needed on an ongoing basis.
Interact well with guests and co-workers.
Willing to assist dealership needs.
Understands the safe operation of tools and grounds equipment, power tools carts, and cleaning equipment.
Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.
Maintains professional appearance.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

A high school diploma or equivalent, desired.
Minimum of six months customer service experience, desired.
Ability to coordinate activities with other employees; pay attention to detail; read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public.
