The dealership is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Internet Sales Representative to become a part of the SoCal Penske Dealer Group team.
The Internet Sales Representative is responsible for selling new/used vehicles at dealership
standards for gross profit, volume and guest satisfaction.
Essential Duties include the following, however, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Generate business through internet sources.
Assists guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to the guest's responses.
Checks emails and responds to guestsâ€™ inquiries, as prescribed by dealership policy.
Coordinates internet promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertisement.
Fully explains product performance, application, and benefits and offers test drives to all prospects.
Closes sales by overcoming objections and negotiating price.
Introduces guests to dealership operations, including the service and parts departments, to emphasize
to guests the quality and efficiency of the dealerships service operations.
Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to
Maintains a prospect development system.
Utilizes dealership internet lead management tool to develop a prospect system.
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to guests.
Writes complete sales orders, process paper work, explains warranties, provisions and financing in accordance
with established dealership policies.
Follows-up with Finance to make sure all stipulations for finalizing the paperwork is complete.
Maintains and achieves the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management.
Performs other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.
Maintains professional appearance at all times.

Must have Automotive sales experience.
Must be driven by financial and career success.
Energetic personality who is both competitive and a team player.
Excellent verbal/written communications with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to plan and execute prospecting/sales activities.
Must have superior follow-up skills.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Valid Drivers License and Occupational License is required.
Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record.
