Employee is responsible for managing an efficient and profitable Sales Department by achieving
sales objectives, striving for guest retention and total guest satisfaction in the department.
Regularly exercise independent authority and discretion to recruit, train, manage and develop the
Retail, Internet and Exchange Sales Teams.
Regularly exercise independent authority and discretion to manage job performance of Sales Department
Regularly exercise independent authority and discretion to establish goals and objectives for the Sales
Regularly exercise independent authority and discretion to manage and monitor the Sales Departments
performance using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys.
Regularly exercise independent authority and discretion to develop policies and procedures related to
Control and manage costs and the profitability of the Sales Department.
Maintain and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that govern and affect the Sales Department.
Keep abreast of new products, features, etc., and their benefits to guests.
A high school diploma or equivalent, desired;
Minimum of two (2) years sales experience, automotive finance experience preferred;
Knowledge mathematical concepts (such as adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying and
percentages) and their application; vehicle leasing concepts; equity values and depreciation;
and laws that govern retain automotive sales;
Ability to coordinate activities with other employees; read and comprehend instructions and
information in the English language; learn and understand the federal, state, and local laws which
govern retail auto sales; use god judgment in challenging situations; pay attention to detail; follow-up
with guests and employees; work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the
phone, internet and in person; use standard office equipment;
Must have a valid sales driverâ€™s license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record.
Wages: Commission based.
